Anyone can use a chair as a prop. It can help you in the yoga poses or challenge you. Support in the poses, within your own possibilities. The great thing about yoga is that everyone can practice it at their own level. Experiencing where your limits lie and experiencing the exercise in a relaxed way. This way you can make your body and mind stronger and flexible.
